Highlights and Lowlights

Highlighting/lowlighting is changing a person’s look using lightener or color to alter their hair. The most common method of highlighting is done with foil. Highlights can be done to appear as natural or as unnatural as you desire. Hair lightened with bleach or permanent color will not change until new hair begins to grow. In some cases, highlights can make thin or fine hair appear fuller. It is also recommended for people with at least 50 % gray for easy blending and to camouflage new growth. Whether its a kiss of sunshine around your face, or a full bombshell blonding, the HMS tribe is well equipped to help you achieve your hair goals.
